partnership with Trans ALS MED Associates (TAMA), ensuring professional medical care is given to all our patients.

We are supporting the local demand for treatments through our own dialysis center that caters to patients within Davao City and the entire Davao region.
A modern, up-to-date clinical laboratory is essential to any medical and diagnostic facility.
We have built our own Level II laboratory, equipped with state of the art and fully automated
medical equipment that deliver accurate and timely test results.
Our laboratory system also
provides for online viewing of your own results and are readily available at your doctor’s clinic.
The final step of many medical visits is the prescription of specific medicines to patients.
To make this last step easier for you, we have put up our own in-house pharmacy.
We carry a range of branded and generic drugs, as well as other basic non-medical supplies.
After your doctor gives you your prescription, you can have it immediately fulfilled in our pharmacy,
strategically located on the G/F. Our pharmacy caters to both in-house patients and to the community as a whole.
A robust radiology department is one of the main units of any medical and diagnostic facility.
Our radiology unit is made up of three sub-units:
All three sub-units have taken advantage of the latest digitalization technology in Radiology, which allows for lower-dosage x-rays without compromising picture quality, as well as digital archiving for both physicians' and patients' needs.
Our doctors’ clinics transform our facility from a simple diagnostic facility to a full out-patient
and diagnostic center. These clinics, staffed by external doctors over a range of specializations,
were built with both our doctors and patients in mind, giving you and your physicians an ideal venue
for medical consultations. After your consult, your doctors can issue their medical orders,
many of which can then be performed and fulfilled in our ancillary services (lab, radiology, pharmacy) on the G/F.
We have established a centralized secretarial system for our clinics to better manage the coordination among doctors,
patients, and the facility itself. It is our hope that by having your entire medical cycle performed under one roof,
your overall experience will be a smooth and comfortable one.
Ecoland Medical & Wellness Center (EcoMed) opened its doors in 2021 in response to
Davao City’s need for more medical facilities to support the city’s rapid growth.
Envisioned as a modern outpatient and diagnostic facility,
EcoMed looks to provide high-quality medical services for its patients and clients,
while supporting the city’s healthcare industry as a whole. Located along one of the
city’s major thoroughfares, at the corner of Quimpo Boulevard and Tulip Drive

Ecoland Medical and Wellness Center (EcoMed) is a new medical center that looks to support the growing healthcare needs of Davao City and its residents. Strategically located along Quimpo Boulevard, one of the city’s main thoroughfares, and directly across SM Davao, this prime location affords its patients easy and convenient access from either Quimpo Boulevard or Tulip Drive.
EcoMed finds its roots in the AMYA Foundation. As such, despite being a stock corporation, EcoMed has the heart of a foundation, which means its driving force is its desire to serve. This is encapsulated in its Credo which opens with “We believe that access to high quality healthcare is a basic human right. We believe that those who have chosen the provision of such healthcare as their mission embark on a truly noble journey.” These basic beliefs guide EcoMed in its work and in all its interactions, among its staff, with its customers, its suppliers, its shareholders, and its larger community. As a basic human right, EcoMed strives to deliver the best healthcare to all its patients at every stage of care. As a noble mission, EcoMed understands that taking care of the health needs of its patients is more than just its business, but its moral obligation.
EcoMed’s facilities are housed in a newly-renovated four-story building. The ground floor is dedicated to the Center’s ancillary services, namely its Pharmacy, Radiology Department, Laboratory, and Outpatient Clinic. The second floor is used primarily for the Center’s Renal Dialysis Unit. The third floor houses doctors’ clinics and a coffeeshop. The fourth floor is made up of the Center’s admin offices, a prayer room, and an area earmarked for future development.

LGC graduated from Ateneo de Manila University with a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Economics and earned his Master’s in Theology from Ateneo de Davao University. He is concurrently the Chairman and President of AMYA Foundation, Inc. (the umbrella organization to which EcoMed belongs) and Chairman & President of AMYA Polytechnic College, Inc. An entrepreneur at heart, LGC founded and presides over a number of other family-owned businesses. He has also held leadership positions in various business and socio-civic organizations such as the Davao Chamber of Commerce, the Canadian Chamber of Commerce (Davao Chapter), and Couples for Christ (Davao).
RGS earned a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Philosophy from St. Francis Xavier Seminary and a Bachelor’s of Arts degree on Theology from Regional Major Seminary. His long career has been concentrated in sales across a number of different industries. He was formerly an active member of the Knights of Columbus, and currently holds Trustee positions in AMYA Foundation, Inc. and AMYA Polytechnic College, Inc.
CGL graduated from Ateneo de Davao University with a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Philosophy and a Master’s degree in Theological Studies. She is also as licensed midwife, earning her credentials from Mindanao School of Midwifery. She is currently the Coordinator of the Charles Borromeo Congregation in Davao City while also holding Trustee positions in AMYA Foundation, Inc. and AMYA Polytechnic College, Inc.
JRY received her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Commerce (Major in Marketing) from Holy Cross of Davao College. She has been connected with AMYA Foundation, Inc. in various positions since 2010 and currently serves as the Corporate Secretary of AMYA Foundation, Inc. and AMYA Polytechnic College, Inc.
RVP graduated from Ateneo de Manila University with a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Political Science and earned his MBA (Concentrations in Marketing and Management Systems) from Fordham University in New York City. His professional career has been spent in various managerial and executive roles in a variety of organizations, ranging from large corporations (Metro Pacific Corp. and San Miguel Co.) to his own entrepreneurial ventures. He concurrently serves in an advisory role in AMYA Polytechnic College, Inc. as Special Assistant to the President.
MCP earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from San Pedro College and her Master of Arts in Nursing from Father Saturnino Urios University in Butuan City. She previously worked in Davao Doctor’s Hospital as a Staff Nurse and in Davao Doctors College as a Clinical Instructor, RLE Supervisor, Chair of the Nursing Program, and College Dean. She is also a licensed AHA Instructor for both Basic Life Support and Advanced Life Support. Previous to her appointment as Medical Director of EcoMed, MCP was the Executive Director of AMYA Polytechnic College, Inc.
MCT has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Maryknoll College, and Bachelor of Science degrees in Pharmacy (Immaculate Conception College), and Nursing (North Valley College Foundation, Inc.). She has a Master’s degree in Nursing from the University of the Philippines and Doctorates in Medicine (Davao Medical School Foundation) and Philosophy, Major in Educational Leadership (University of Immaculate Conception). She is currently the AHA International Training Center Coordinator for Healthforce Training Center, Inc. and the Department Chairperson for Pharmacology in Davao Medical School Foundation.
JCP earned his Doctorate in Medicine from the University of Santo Tomas. He also completed his internship and residency in UST. He is a Fellow, Anatomic and Clinical Pathology (Philippine Society of Pathologists) and is an Associate Pathologist in Davao Medical School Foundation and in Davao Doctors Hospital.
EcoMed’s Outpatient Clinic is managed and operated in partnership with Trans ALS Medical Associates (TAMA), a group of Emergency Care doctors, led by Dr. Johnny Perez and Dr. Benedict Valdez. TAMA specializes in the training of emergency care doctors, and in the care of emergency room patients. Its leaders were also instrumental in establishing Davao City’s 911 Emergency Service.
JSN earned his Bachelor’s of Science degree in Biology from Ateneo de Davao University and his Doctorate in Medicine from Davao Medical School Foundation. He did his residency in Davao Doctors Hospital. He is a Fellow, Philippine College of Radiology. He has a specialty in CT and MRI (Philippine College of Radiology) and in Ultrasound (Philippine Board of Ultrasound). He is currently a Radiology Consultant in Davao Doctors Hospital, Davao Regional Medical Center, Malita District Hospital, and Carmen District Hospital. He is also the Designated Radiologist for the Department of Immigration and Border Protection – Australia and New Zealand.
AHT received her Doctorate in Medicine from West Visayas State University and completed her Fellowship Training in Adult Nephrology in the University of Santo Tomas. She did her internship in Brokenshire Hospital where she is currently the Section Head for Physical Diagnosis. She is also a Medical Specialist II in Southern Philippines Medical Center (SPMC) and the Medical Director of the Hemodialysis Unit in the Nephrology Center of Tagum City.
MLQ received her Doctorate in Medicine from Davao Medical School Foundation, where she also did her post-graduate internship and worked as the hospital’s Emergency Room Manager. She is an accredited AHA BLS/ACLS/PALS instructor and an Occupational Health and Safety Physician.
